We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. The full amount is charged when you place your order even if your product is not shipping for a long while, due to the hand-made production time. We will absolutely never sell or share your personal details with 3rd parties.
We ship large items via UPS Today and smaller items via My Hermes. Typically Ups Today standard delivery takes 1-3 business days.
My Hermes takes 3-7 business days.

CLAIMS&RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship when they arrive to you*. Unfortunately in rare circumstances they get damaged on the way to you.
To make a claim, if your shipment arrived damaged or defective please contact us for the quickest resolution. Please provide us with the photographs of the damage and the details of your purchase.
*Unfortunately, we can not cover the defects or any incorrect workmanship if the claim is not made immediately after the delivery.
**We understand that sometimes the circumstances do not allow you to check the package immediately after the delivery. Therefore, due to any unforeseen circumstances we can consider the claim up until 30 days.

If your item breaks for any reason within 30 days, we can help you with replacement* by offering a 30% discount off the current retail price for a replacement.

**Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and the wide variation in natural material, images on the website may not match the actual products shipped. Colour dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for an exchange.
Please include the purchaser’s name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have - the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc - and we will make sure you are taken care of.
